Sanam graduated with a Degree in Architectural Engineering from Azad University in Tehran, then obtained a Certificate in Building Design & Architectural CAD from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). She is currently in the process of becoming an AIBC-Registered Architect.

Sanam worked as a designer with a consulting engineering firm in Tehran for several years before moving to Canada. She then worked for the Tarjan Group in Calgary and Arc Homes in West Vancouver, on commercial, residential and diverse renovation work, taking various size projects from concept to handover, gaining experience in new and existing elements. Sanam applies this experience within various projects, and is an energetic, process-driven designer and proficient project coordinator.

Since joining Ciccozzi in 2014, Sanam has worked on several multi-family residential projects & she loves creating beautiful design concepts and interacting with people. She is a natural leader who excels in navigating the visioning process and conceptualization of each of her projects. She is a detail-oriented person and works to ensure that her clients are happy. She has very strong technical skills in Revit, AutoCAD & VectorWorks. Sanam endeavors to establish dynamic relationships with others and to always exceed expectations.Sanam has an eye for details – particularly when it comes to drawings and model buildings and is able to manage multiple projects without compromising her quality of work.

She is active in a number of industry organizations on a Board or Advisory capacity such as Women in Architecture and Vancouver Persian Architects.

In her free time, Sanam enjoys the restaurant scene in Vancouver and exploring the outdoors.
